If you've ever paid to have a home plan designed from scratch, you know it's expensive - and time consuming. Designers invest thousands of dollars and a vast amount of time to painstakingly develop each home plan. But because of our plan service approach, we can offer our designs for only a fraction of the cost.

WHAT'S INTEGRITY?

It is doing the right and legal thing. Each designer places the U.S. Copyright Seal on each plan to comply with the U.S. copyright laws. You need to be aware of the following points regarding their proper use.

• If you make modifications to one of these home plans, including the artist's rendering of that home plan, the rights to use of the modified plan and the right to claim of copyright on the modified plan are still governed by the designer as owner of the copyright of the original home plan.

NOTE - regardless of how extensive the changes are, no claim to copyright may be made on any modified home plan presented herein.

• Redrawing and/or constructing a home that utilizes design elements, either in whole or in part, based on a copyrighted home plan constitutes infringement of U.S. copyright law and can carry penalties of up to $100,000 per violation.
