To compute the cost of the Plans, find your Model # and its "Living Area" figure. Multiply the Living Area by $ .40 (additional  per square foot cost added if modifications are done). The result is the price of your plan.

 For example: If you choose Model # 0551 with a Living Area of 2,048 square feet the cost would be computed as follows:
2,048 sq. ft. of Living Area X $ .40 per sq. ft. = $ 819.20

MINIMUM PRICE: Our standard price per square foot of living area is as shown above; however, there is a minimum price of $450.00. This exception generally applies only to small cabins or other small stand-alone structures.

If a stand-alone project such as a garage does not have a living area, the price will be based on area under roof, but not to be less than $450.00.

CLIENT PROTECTION: To protect our previous clients, we reserve the right to refuse the sale of a specific home plan in order to prevent an identical home being built in close proximity. However, we will consider modifications to such a home plan that would distinguish it from an existing home designed by our firm.
