This website provides you the opportunity to shop for quality home plans at very reasonable prices. The plans can be purchased as shown, or can be modified to suit your specific needs.

We have endeavored to make our website easy and fun to navigate as you go about the process of choosing a home plan.

To begin your search for the home plan that best suits your needs, click on Plans. You can then select the type of structure you are looking for: a single family home, garden home, multi-family, cabin or lodge, and miscellaneous, such as carriage houses, gazebos, arbors, etc.

Once you select type, you will find the Single Family and Garden Homes are divided into various styles. Now the fun begins!

Click on a style and you will see a gallery of plans along with an elevation. As you explore, you will see many of our plans have alternate floor plans and/or alternate elevations.

Sometimes you may find a plan that is just right for you. When that happens, you can click on "Pricing Calculation" and follow the path to order those plans. These plans can generally be in your hands within a week or two.

Truthfully, most of our clients start with a plan that is “close to right.” Then, the next step is to call or e-mail us and tell us what changes you want.

From that point, our designers review the changes and we give you the projected cost of your plans.

When you give us the go-ahead to proceed with your modifications, we begin an exchange of information that continues until you are satisfied that your plan is right for you.

The length of time it takes to finalize your plans can take from three weeks to three months or more, depending on the extent of your changes, your response time, and our workload.
